Traveling north or south on Interstate 95:
Take Exit 22 to downtown Providence. Continue straight on Memorial Boulevard, turn left onto College Street. Cross over the bridge and take a left at the first set of traffic lights onto North Main Street. RISD Auditorium will be immediately on your left, on the canal side of North Main Street. Metered street parking is available along North and South Main Street.
Traveling west on Interstate 195:
Take Exit 2 to South Main Street and continue for half a mile, straight through the first set of traffic lights. (South Main Street becomes North Main Street at intersection). RISD Auditorium will be immediately on your left, on the canal side of North Main Street. Metered street parking is available along North and South Main Street.

From Points North:
Take I-95 South to Exit 22C, which leads directly onto Promenade Street. Follow Promenade Street to the end. The Providence Place Mall parking garage will be directly in front of you. Paid parking is available there. If not parking at the mall, turn left onto Park Street. Continue past stoplight. The entrance to VMA is located on the right, at the corner of Park Street and Avenue of the Arts.
From Points South:
Take I-95 North to Exit 22C. Then follow the same directions as above.
Where To Park:
Paid parking is available at the Providence Place Mall, directly behind VMA. Free parking is available in the State of Rhode Island lots on Smith Street. On-street parking is available on Francis and Smith Streets.

From Points North:
Take I-95 South to the Atwells Avenue Exit #21. Go straight through 4 traffic lights and turn left at the 5th traffic light onto Broad Street. Cross over I-95 and proceed through four traffic lights (Broad Street will become Weybosset Street). PPAC will be on the right at 220 Weybosset Street.
From Points South:
Take I-95 North to the Broadway Exit #21. Turn left and cross over I-95. At the next traffic light, turn left onto the Service Road and proceed through 2 traffic lights. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Broad Street, cross over I-95 and proceed through four traffic lights (Broad Street will become Weybosset Street). PPAC will be on the right at 220 Weybosset Street.
